Participating in our referral program is simple. All you have to do is send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact details, or complete the Referral Form on our website. One of our recruitment team will then contact you first to send a Referral Agreement for you to review and sign, before setting up the discreet call or meeting with your friend or colleague.
If the referral is successful and your friend or colleague starts a new position represented by Reciprocal Recruitment, you will be rewarded with a referral fee of up to $5,000 USD, depending on the salary of the position.
